So, my Saturday is over!
Today I had a nice breakfast at 'The Coffee Box' with a friend whom I saw again after a long time.
I do not know why people in Suriname think that 'The Coffee Box' is for the elites. (I have read that on social media before). The prices are not too bad compared to other cafes in Suriname.
My friend tried a new dish at the place: a vegan panini with chickpea sauce on the side.
And I enjoyed a shoarma chicken wrap.
We also shared some fruit, along with a cappucino and lemon iced tea.
It was nice to see her again and to chat about anything and everything.
Afterwards I did some housework, took a nap, worked on a report. Today I wrote about the origin of the number zero in India. Quite interesting.
In the evening hours I played card games with my sister and a friend, and we had some beer. It was so much fun there that I forgot to take pictures. But that's okay: I enjoyed and that's important.
Now I am going to crawl into bed. Have a nice and great weekend you all!
