Entre colores y aprendizaje

Desde hace algún tiempo vengo experimentando algunos cambios en mi vida, no solo de hábitos, sino de pensamientos, lo que me ha llevado a profundas reflexiones. Anteriormente les he compartido del poder que tiene la palabra, así como también la del no darle fuerza a la expresión “no puedo”.

Mis padres fueron los protagonistas de este aprendizaje, de ellos aprendí la expresión “no puedo” no tenía cabida en casa, porque había que decirle a la mente más bien ¿Cómo lograrlo? Y para ello, su amor y ejemplo fue la mejor estrategia de aprendizaje.

Between colors and learning

For some time now I have been experiencing some changes in my life, not only in habits, but in thoughts, which has led me to deep reflections. Previously I have shared with you the power of words, as well as not giving strength to the expression “I can't”.

My parents were the protagonists of this learning, from them I learned the expression “I can't” had no place at home, because you had to tell your mind, how to achieve it? And for this, his love and example was the best learning strategy.

Una experiencia personal

Hace poco en una visita de mis padres a mi casa, me recordaron que a pesar del paso de los años, ellos siguen siendo mi ejemplo de vida y de los cuales continúo aprendiendo.

Mi padre a sus 76 años me dice, “hija he vuelto a escribir poesías” y mientras me relataba su historia sus ojos se llenaron luz, y la entonación de tu voz se apreciaba con mayor fuerza. Y tal vez ustedes se preguntarán ¿Qué importancia puede tener esta conversación? Lo cual respondo, de forma firme, “tiene que ver con todo”.

La motivación y emocionarse por recuperar un talento, es como volver a llenar de color nuestra vida, porque no hay edad para aprender y tampoco hay edad para volver a soñar.

A su vez mi madre me comparte, hija hice uso del teléfono y realicé mi primera transferencia desde la aplicación telefónica, y no pueden imaginar su cara de alegría porque ella depende de otros para hacer sus transacciones bancarías, lo cual en ocasiones le generaba cierta molestia, por ello al hacerlo ella misma, solo pudo sentir libertad e independencia, lo que la hace feliz y a mí también.

Estas pequeñas acciones me confirmaron nuevamente que nunca es tarde para aprender, continuar y dejar salir nuestros talentos.
Por lo anterior, mis padres son los pinceles y colores que forman parte de esa gran paleta de colores que es mi vida.

A personal experience

Recently, during a visit to my house by my parents, they reminded me that despite the passing of the years, they continue to be my example in life and from whom I continue to learn.

My father, at 76 years old, tells me, “daughter, I have returned to writing poetry” and while he told me his story, his eyes filled with light, and the intonation of your voice was appreciated with greater force. And perhaps you will wonder: How important can this conversation be? Which I answer, firmly, “it has to do with everything.”

Motivation and getting excited about recovering a talent is like filling our lives with color again, because there is no age to learn and there is no age to dream again.

In turn, my mother shares with me, daughter, I used the telephone and made my first transfer from the telephone application, and you cannot imagine her face of joy because she depends on others to make her banking transactions, which sometimes caused her some annoyance. Therefore, by doing it herself, she could only feel freedom and independence, which makes her happy and me too.

These small actions confirmed to me again that it is never too late to learn, continue and let our talents come out.
Therefore, my parents are the brushes and colors that are part of that great palette of colors that is my life.​

Orígenes de mis colores

La vida desde mi manera de verla es tan maravillosa, que me permitió nacer en un hogar feliz y con unos padres que tienen una calidad de seres humanos extraordinaria. Ellos son los escultores del arte que hoy soy, pintaron con sus enseñanzas mis ideas, con su ejemplo dibujaron mi carácter, con sus alegrías llenaron de colores maravillosos mi vida, con su fe me brindaron la fortaleza para afrontar el mundo y con su amor hicieron el ser humano que hoy soy.

Nuestra comunicación y los valores del respeto están presentes hoy más que nunca y no necesariamente debemos estar de acuerdo en todo, porque somos seres humanos y cada uno tiene su forma de pensar, pero que hermoso es cuando hasta en nuestra diferencias de ideas, nos respetamos y valoramos más.

Y ¿Por qué les comparto esta experiencia de vida? Porque pienso que es importante que para los que tienen la oportunidad de ser padres, vean el valor que tiene el ser congruentes con la vida, el saber escuchar sin juzgar, también el de impartir disciplina, aprender a confiar, pero sobre todo que en nombre del amor enseñen a sus hijos a quererse a ellos mismos, con el ejemplo propio de llevar una vida sana, en conexión con la naturaleza y fortalecidos en la fe.

Entonces ¿Cuál es mi color del talento?

Sin basarme en teorías o reglas, y de forma sencilla comparto que me identifico con el color rojo porque para mí significa vida, frescura, fuerza, es como una invitación a ser atrevidos, a ir más allá, sin miedos, sin mirar atrás. El rojo es pasión, belleza, voluntad y sobre todo tiene el carisma de cautivar.

En toda la historia de mi vida he podido experimentar situaciones que me han llevado a momentos muy difíciles, y en ese color he podido encontrar una gran energía de impulso, de allí deriva mi frase que dice “El mejor labial de una mujer es su bella sonrisa”, porque para los que me conocen, saben que encuentro en el labial rojo un cambio de actitud positiva, me invita a un cambio en la postura y de expresión.

Ahora, esto me funciona a mí, no necesariamente le funciona a otros. Me encantaría saber ¿Qué color usan para fortalecer su talento? Este tema me apasiona, porque nunca se deja de aprender. Y ahora que dentro de mis planes de este año está mi jubilación de la universidad, tengo tantas ideas relacionas con dedicarle más tiempo a lo que me apasiona, que ya tengo programado conferencias sobre este tema del poder del talento, pasión, colores y transformación.

¡Este es un año de logros y de sueños! Créelo, diséñalo en tu mente e imagínalo para que lo hagas real, ayuda a otros y fortalece tu fe, con estos pensamientos y otros comenzamos el programa de Encuentro de @talentos este año y no tengo dudas de que así será para todos.

*Origins of my colors

Life from the way I see it is so wonderful that it allowed me to be born in a happy home and with parents who have an extraordinary quality of human beings. They are the sculptors of the art that I am today, they painted my ideas with their teachings, with their example they drew my character, with their joys they filled my life with wonderful colors, with their faith they gave me the strength to face the world and with their love they made the human being that I am today.

Our communication and the values of respect are present today more than ever and we do not necessarily have to agree on everything, because we are human beings and each one has their own way of thinking, but how beautiful it is when even in our differences of ideas, we respect each other. and we value more.

And why do I share this life experience with you? Because I think it is important that for those who have the opportunity to be parents, they see the value of being consistent with life, knowing how to listen without judging, also imparting discipline, learning to trust, but above all that in the name of love, teach your children to love themselves, with their own example of leading a healthy life, in connection with nature and strengthened in faith.

So what is my color of talent?
Without basing it on theories or rules, and in a simple way I share that I identify with the color red because for me it means life, freshness, strength, it is like an invitation to be daring, to go further, without fear, without looking back. Red is passion, beauty, will and above all it has the charisma to captivate.

Throughout the history of my life I have been able to experience situations that have led me to very difficult moments, and in that color I have been able to find a great energy of impulse, from there I derive my phrase that says "The best lipstick of a woman is her beauty." smile”, because for those who know me, they know that I find in red lipstick a change in positive attitude, it invites me to a change in posture and expression.

Now, this works for me, it doesn't necessarily work for others. I would love to know what color do you use to strengthen your talent? I am passionate about this topic, because you never stop learning. And now that my plans for this year include my retirement from university, I have so many ideas related to dedicating more time to what I am passionate about, that I have already scheduled conferences on this topic of the power of talent, passion, colors and transformation.

This is a year of achievements and dreams! Believe it, design it in your mind and imagine it so that you can make it real, help others and strengthen your faith, with these thoughts and others we begin the @talentos Meeting program this year and I have no doubt that it will be like this for everyone.
