Este fin de semana ha sido de esos que quedarán en el recuerdo como momentos diferentes, con muchas sorpresas y encuentros. Tuve la oportunidad de disfrutar con amigos de mi época de colegio desde hace más de 40 años aproximadamente, por lo tanto, no se imaginan la cantidad de historias y recuerdos que salieron con los amigos, y pronto estaré compartiendo sobre esta experiencia.
También como una manera de cerrar este día no podía dejar de lado mi conexión con la naturaleza y que mejor visita que ir al lado de mi amigo el mar, por ello hoy domingo fue una gran oportunidad para disfrutar del mar, el cual se encontraba plácido, con el agua muy clara, hermoso y brillaba con colores hermosos del cielo.
El atardecer parecía estar en su mejor espectáculo de energía, hoy fue la luna roja por ello el cielo se pintó de diferentes colores naranjas regalándome un maravilloso paisaje.
Estas fotografías con un regalo visual para recordar, pero estar en el lugar y apreciarlo sintiendo la brisa, escuchando el agua de mar cuando choca con la orilla, es simplemente grandioso.
Mi contacto y conexión con el mar es mágica, ya sentía que me hacía falta sumergirme y mucho más porque mis rodillas están inflamadas, pero el agua calmó mucho mis dolencias, es increíble el poder curativo del agua de mar. Para la piel es mágica, calma cualquier irritación que se pueda tener, por ello no desaproveché la oportunidad para disfrutar de estos encantadores degradados del cielo, mientras flotaba en el mar y practicando mi corta meditación con el color rojo en mi interior.

This weekend has been one of those that will remain in the memory as different moments, with many surprises and encounters. I had the opportunity to enjoy my school days with friends for approximately more than 40 years, therefore, you cannot imagine the number of stories and memories that came out with friends, and I will soon be sharing about this experience.
Also as a way to close this day I could not leave aside my connection with nature and what better visit than to go next to my friend the sea, so today, Sunday was a great opportunity to enjoy the sea, which was placid , with very clear water, beautiful and shining with beautiful colors of the sky.
The sunset seemed to be at its best energy show, today was the red moon so the sky was painted in different orange colors giving me a wonderful landscape.
These photographs are a visual gift to remember, but being in the place and appreciating it, feeling the breeze, listening to the sea water when it hits the shore, is simply great.
My contact and connection with the sea is magical, I already felt that I needed to submerge and even more so because my knees are swollen, but the water calmed my ailments a lot, the healing power of seawater is incredible. For the skin it is magical, it calms any irritation you may have, so I did not miss the opportunity to enjoy these charming gradients of the sky, while floating in the sea and practicing my short meditation with the color red inside me.
