We have conflicting opinions on this subject, as someone asserts that firstly there were DARKNESS, and from them "the CAOS" was born. From the union of these two elements there were NIGHT, DAY EREBLE AND AIR. Still from union between night and erebus they had to come old age, death, murder, while between air and day they had mother earth, the sky and the sea. they were mortal, until Prometheus decided to form them in the image and likeness of the gods, kneading the waters of the river I think of Phocis, Panopeus causing the goddess Athena to blow our life. Others assert that "the god of all things" came in Chaos separating the earth from the sky, and divided the earth into zones, making plains, mountains, covering it with grass and trees and above created the stars giving a direction to the four winds. He created the fish in the water and the animals on the earth, the sky, the sun and five planets. Finally the human being the only one who can raise his face, he can observe everything. Prometheus, in short, shapes and molds the body of man with water and clay and other gods infuse the soul to man. This was much discussed here, as the Greek philosophers themselves made a kind of distinction between the man created by Prometheus and the other imperfect creatures created by the earth, which were partly destroyed by Zeus and partly swallowed up by the deluge. In Hesiod, for example, the abstract concepts of which myths are rich, are added those of the Titans and the giants. And again the Moires, the Hesperides represent the triple moon goddess in the many and varied aspects. We remember that very interesting in Ovid is the myth that partly recalls what had happened in Babylon and only later spreads in Greece, that is that the goddess ARURU creates man, shaping, modeling clay. The mythographers, a very interesting phase, were forced to believe and affirm that the one who had created everything could also be a creator. MYTH VERY BUT VERY INTERESTING BECAUSE DIFFERENT FROM OTHERS.
