Lasagna, Assemble!

Anywho, who doesn't love a good snack. I surely do, a tad too much if you ask those who know me. I have my spots, they are within walking distances from home but also within walk distances between each other, long walks, still. I usually only pass through them when coming from elsewhere though.

Today's dealer was Gishushu's branch of Simba, a huge deal in the shopping mall game in East Africa.

Lately, I had been craving their beef mini lasagna as I hadn't gobbled it since last year. So today after class I indulged the craving, plus 2 slices of pizza because for some reason there's always at least 2 slices of pizza. And oh, Inyange apple juice. You haven't drank apple juice until you drink their cold apple juice, it's just facts!

The feast was glorious. Due to the long wait I kept struggling between savoring and devouring, and the oh so sweet so cold juice felt heaven sent under the heat we were blessed with today.

My only 2 grievances were that instead of giving me 1 ham slice and 1 beef slice they gave me 2 beef slices, and their lasagna is now slightly smaller with slightly less cheese and beef inside. Still, all in all, the lasagn is still as good as I remember and it sure was worth the wait.
