The new trance label Arive Records recently launched with the single “Andy Jay Powell & Basslovers United – Turn Off The Light.” You can find an article about it on my HIVE account. Now comes the second release, which is another single by me. For Arive catalog number 2, I’ve completely remade my 1998 trance classic “Andy Jay Powell – Sunflow.” “Andy Jay Powell – Sunflow 2026” features the current uplifting trance sound and was released on August 28, 2026, on all major platforms. This means I’m back in the mix for 
I've posted a special VIP cut on my channel that isn't available for purchase or streaming anywhere else. The official single version can be heard on the YouTube channel of the parent label, Munix Music. An extended version has also been officially released.
Just a quick note on the history of the track. I produced the original and the Sonic Society remix—which is also one of my projects—in 1998. It was released on Murphy Brown’s small label, Foresight Records. When I was a guest on the then-popular radio show RPR Maximal, hosted by Tillmann Uhrmacher, Tillmann told me that the track was one of his current favorites. Unfortunately, Tillmann Uhrmacher passed away far too early a few years ago. Among other things, he was also a member of the band Mysterious Art, which landed a No. 1 hit on the German Top 100 singles sales charts in the late ’80s with “Das Omen Teil 1.”
It's worth mentioning that the track from my Sonic Society remix can also be found on the cult CD compilation Forbidden Paradise 8 - Mystery Swamp.

Einen entsprechenden Artikel dazu findet ihr auf meinem HIVE Account. Nun kommt das zweite Release, das auch wieder eine Single von mir ist. Für die Arive Katalognummer 2 habe ich meinen Trance Klassike Andy Jay Powell - Sunflow aus dem Jahre 1998 komplett neu gemacht. Andy Jay Powell - Sunflow 2026 erscheint im aktuellen Uplifting Trance Sound und wurde am 28. August 2026 auf allen gängigen Plattformen veröffentlicht. Auf meinem Kanal habe ich einen speziellen VIP Cut veröffentlicht, der so nicht im Handel zu erwerben, oder zu streamen ist. Die offizielle Single Version ist auf dem Youtube Kanal des Mutterlabels Munix Music zu hören. Auch eine Extended Version wurde offiziell veröffentlicht.
Noch ganz kurz etwas zur Geschichte des Tracks. Das Original und den Sonic Society Remix, das ebenfalls ein Projekt von mir ist, habe ich 1998 produziert. Es erschien auf dem kleinen Label Foresight Records von Murphy Brown. Er war u.a. auch Teil der Band Mysterious Art, die Ende der 80er mit "Das Omen Teil 1" einen Nummer 1 Hit in den deutschen Top 100 Single Verkaufscharts landen konnten.
Nicht unerwähnt sollte bleiben, daß der Track in meinen Sonic Society Remix auch auf dem Kult CD Sampler Forbidden Paradise 8 - Mystery Swamp berücksichtigt wurde.
