It can be difficult in this day and age to truly live our courageous truth, this is often due to our conditioning and the judgement placed upon us should we live from that place. Within this video, I speak about how to Live your Courageous Truth, whether that be in discovering the Truth of the external world or even the world that lives within us.

Your Truth in many ways, lays within your Shadow self. It may seem as though it is the "Ugly Truth", though once healed it will become the beauty that is revealed to you. Much like with the external world, the Truth can be incredibly disheartening though it will liberate you once you connect with it. The true lesson in this, is to live from a place of loving yourself and all aspects of YOU! We can choose in every moment, how we reach to a given situation.
