I'm really late posting my Hive Banners tonight, as getting the flowers to align with the edges of the Diamond Shape proved to be quite tricky. Anyway, I managed to do this as accurately as possible. The final result looks really colourful in my opinion, and worth the care & attention to detail.

Version 2. (Neon Themed, Vector Styled).
The above Artwork was a combination of "Outer and Inner" Glow Filters, plus some extra setting adjustments on the "Glowing Edges" Special Effect feature of my PhotoPea Software. (Shown below).
The Top Image was created mostly by adjusting the Oil Paint filter to get the twirly leaves effect.
Lastly I used the "Zinc Filter" in ShutterStock Editor, partly to reduce the file size, and add the Text. The "Zinc filter" also gives a much brighter image I think.
