The title is the name of one of the countless new private businesses in Cuba, which also refers to its location in Havana. It's basically a hamburger joint, and I was there doing a gastronomic photography session. Although it's not apparent at first glance, it's an extremely small place, where I even had trouble fitting myself, the product, and the lights. Nevertheless, I think we managed to get some photos that we're very pleased with.
