Hi, the first video is one anyone can practice with if they choose. Start in C major and then play Dorian, Phrygian, Lydian, Mixolydian, Aeolian, Locrian, and voila! Your back home!
I cycle through the diatonic modes here and it's a good way to practice root modes and modal interchange. Or, at least I think. I haven't practiced anything jazzy sounding in a long long time and would be understanding of critique:)
