Update on this case.
Tamara had to jump through hoops like crazy just to see her kids over the Christmas break. Now that Christmas is over she's back to taking the steps she needs to in order to get her kids back from the system.
This is after having a family circle... basically a native step in getting everybody together in a room including the government to come to an agreement.
According to her they had an agreement.
And the Government recinded.
I'd like to point out that backing out of what you agreed to in the circle is basically a major way to lose natives complete trust. It means you lied to the whole family.
She's also been told one thing to appease her and then the lawyers push in court to keep her from her kids.
The only steps she has left is to fight in court, which she's in the middle of doing; and she's started raising money for the courts.
Currently sitting at 24 grand of the 50 she needs so that's a good sign.
