Bitconnect is scam?
Bitconnect (BCC) is a new one - just 12 months and highly talked about currency, this currency has some peculiarities and for them has acquired fanatical friends and enemies. The price of it first has a crazy rise, even against Bitcoin.
As a currency BitConnect does not offer anything special. It is another currency which is not accepted in almost any exchange, this is particularly strange, as one would think that the 10th largest in capitalization currency would be reasonable everywhere. And while its capitalization has reached $ 1.4 billion no one seems to know who is behind the BCC. Another particularity is that over 95% of its transactions are made on its own platform, which only exchanges BCC if something happens on this platform, good luck to trade your BCCs.
What does Bitconnect promise?
Through its exchange, the BCC has a lnding program there you lend your money to the platform and take it back with astronomical interest. When banks offer 1% a year or less and compounded each month with Bitconnect for amounts over $ 10.010 promises returns of up to 40% per month or over 5.000% per year with daily compounding and a guaranteed interest rate of 150% the time not bad at all.
Do you remember the E-Dinar Coin?
14 months ago, e-Dinar (EDR) was the biggest asset. $ 1700 + for an e-Dinar. Promising 20% returns a month, and around 900% returns a year with compounding, e-Dinar was like the BCC. All e-Dinar coins were on a exchange, his own. EDR also had its own lending program. His people unknown just like with BCC even the biggest supporters of e-Dinar did not know who is behind the e-Dinar. For a week, e-Dinar had been worth 2-3 BTC! Suddenly inexplicable fall no end at 0 the pyramid was shattered. Youtube supporters and social media have disappeared no one knew anything, and the ones who lost were the users who still had their money.
Is the BCC a scam?
When people listen to Bitcoin and Cryproblance, they instantly imagine wins in the minute, Lambo strolls, Cavouri houses, and PKK casinos in Monaco. Space beyond opportunities also has dangers.
As for BitConnect I'm very afraid it's a Ponci scheme. It has all the basic components of a pyramid. Unknown investments, attractive promises and all the money under the control of an (unknown) individual or a group. At some point it simply will not have enough new users to pay for those already in. The money that promises from here and there, and even in dollars, is simply not finding them all. The result will be, as usual, either that the group disappear with the money of others or the shape collapses for external reasons.
