Offlate, Bloomberg has been keeping a close eye on Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos' net worth and it has exceeded $100 billion for the first time.

That's a lot of money right there. He was already the richest person in the world after spending part of 2016 trading places with Bill Gates.
His net worth keeps increasing mainly because Amazon's stock has been doing quite well this year. It was a Black Friday Amazon stock price bump that pushed him further over the 12-figure mark today.
A relatively small amount of his net worth is being spent on expensive things(as to we normal humans hehehe):
- $250 million on Washington Post
- A billion dollars a year in stock to fund Blue Origin and its rockets
- And he converted a billion dollars worth of stock into cash earlier this month
Having this amount of money keeps Bezos thinking: How much will he give away and how? as a matter of fact. Bezos himself clearly in search of an answer asked Twitter in June for ideas on how to be a better philanthropist. His goal was to tackle problems "at the intersection of urgent need and lasting impact."
As at now, there are nearly 50 thousand replies to his tweet. So doing a simple division of the scale of Bezos' fortune, if he splits his money up between each of the 48,000 people who have replied to his tweet, they'd each receive about 2.1 million dollars, including me..馃槀馃槀
