This is my entry for 5 Minute Freewrite Prompt: broken nose
Nobody thought life would be easy.
And here we are.
Mom just got more abusive. Jay is just 5 years old.
And she is taking all of the lockdown anger on him.
She lost the job.
Dad is stuck in another state.
She is daily having arguments with him on phone. She is blaming him for everything that is going around. And she just can't take the fact that she is not in control of the life.

Now that she decided to take it on jay. I can't take it anymore.
I decided I need to block her attacks on him. If she does that again I'll take those slaps.
And that thought got me one broken nose today.
Lockdown has messed up with the minds of mothers in many families.
