This initiative invites us to share that favorite dish of ours in our childhood, that dish that, with so much love, our mom has prepared for us for many years. So today I will share my mom's favorite dish!
Desde siempre me ha gustado la pasta con carne molida. Soy fan de todo lo que tenga que ver con la pasta, es m谩s, me declaro fan de la comida italiana jajaja. Me encanta este plato y como ella sabe que me gusta tanto entonces desde muy peque帽a mi mam谩 me lo ha preparado con mucho amor. No cambiaria este plato por nada del mundo porque donde siempre me lo coma siempre llevare a mi mam谩 a mi lado, siempre lo recordare.
I have always loved pasta with ground beef. I am a fan of everything that has to do with pasta, in fact, I declare myself a fan of Italian food hahaha. I love this dish and since she knows that I like it so much that since I was very little my mom has prepared it for me with a lot of love. I wouldn't change this dish for anything in the world because wherever I eat it I will always have my mom by my side, I will always remember her.

300 gr de Carne Molida
2 Tomates
Platanos
1 Piment贸n
1 Cabeza de Ajo
100 gr de Cebollin
Oregano
500 Gr de Pasta
1 cucharada de Sal
Pimienta al gusto.
Ingredients
300 gr of ground beef
2 tomatoes
Bananas
1 Paprika
1 Head of Garlic
100 gr of Onion
Oregano
500 gr of pasta
1 spoonful of salt
Pepper to taste.
PREPARACI脫N PASO A PASO // STEP-BY-STEP PREPARATION
Primero se pica los ali帽os en cuadros
First, the seasonings are chopped into squares.
Then we fry it in the frying pan, once seasoned, add the ground beef and let it dry to add oregano, pepper and salt.
- Then in a separate pot add the pasta as indicated on the package instructions.
Al terminar la cocci贸n escurrimos la pasta 隆y listo!
Al momento de servir ponemos la pasta en el plato y un poco de guiso de carne.
At the end of the cooking time, drain the pasta and that's it!
At the moment of serving put the pasta on the plate and a little bit of meat stew.
Mi mam谩 es el tesoro mas grande que puedo tener en mi vida, disfruto mucho estar con ella y cada uno de sus platos que con mucho amor les queda divino. Me encanto poder hacer esta iniciativa y me gusto mucho poder compartir con ustedes mi plato favorito de mi mam谩.
