Plants are very close to my heart. I grew my obsession with plants back in 2019 , I was only 16 years old at the time and I remember like every other person that sees social media and gets inspired, I too was inspired from plant pages.
After being obsessed with plants for three years , I have come up with three different ultimately beautiful colourful plants that I think one must have in their plant collection! They are so beautiful and cute, it's just so wonderful to take care of them. I will also be giving you all a few tips on how to take care of them.
Here's a list of the three plants:-
Stromanthe (sounds fancy I know ,teehee)
This plant was my first colour plant in my collection. Initially I found it really difficult to take care of this one and thought it was high maintenance but my mother helped me figure out the plant. She loves plants too!
How to take care of the plant:
- Do not keep it in direct sunlight , keep it in a warm and indirect but well lit space preferably.
- humidity is important for this plant , so maybe if you live somewhere where there's very little humidity maybe find a way to humidify it.
- You can also mist it everyday , helps with the non humid places.
Dracaena ( sounds like dragon , but ok)
This particular plant is my favorite. It's low Maintenance honestly.
How to take care of the plant:-
- keep it in medium to indirect sunlight
- don't water it often. Maybe once every 10-12 days will suffice. This will keep the roots moist enough.
- you can also keep misting the leaves every two to four days.
Moses in the cradle ( such a cute name)
This plant is so beautiful and seeing it every morning just makes me sooo happy.
My mom bought this plant about six to seven months ago.
How to care for the plant:-
- This plant requires four to six hours of indirect bright sunlight on a daily basis.
- Do not water it too much.
I don't have a lot of knowledge about plants. But I am just sharing what I know about them and what I have come to know about them in these three years almost.
