So back in the tracks again. Put my headphones on, had #marketthursday with 
Ran 10.5km with a pretty good pace, not to hard not to slow. Just felt good to be back in the tracks again.
Only problem was the flies and the heat. Was so sweaty after 馃サ馃サ
