A few days ago a relative died, a death we did not expect and that makes it more painful.
Speaking with the widow who is my aunt, I understood that a death is not an end, it is a beginning, it is a moment of transformation.
That obviously is a painful transition but it is a life cycle, and that it is valid to cry, feel sad and depressed but that must be faced, even for the love of the loved one who left.
Life advances, we must only honor the memory of our loved one and not let it die in the heart.
