Yes, we have several enemies attached to our mind, and one of them I can say is our mind, exactly it.

Source

Our mind is the one who dominates our thoughts and consequently our decisions and ultimately our actions end up determining our destiny.

But we can choose to encourage positive thoughts or leave the mind on autopilot to accept negative ones, so we need to control our unconscious mind.

As our mind is the most powerful tool that exists, through it we can achieve great things, or let it dominate us and allow failure to reach us. It is necessary to remember that everything man-made originated in someone's mind.

Therefore, the human mind is an inexhaustible source of new thoughts that arise one after the other, so we must use it positive, and it starts when we always have positive thoughts and it will have a positive impact on our results.

We can conclude that the mind can be a powerful but also destructive tool, and it depends on how we are going to deal with our thoughts. It is then necessary to take control of the mind to strengthen the thoughts that help and to eliminate those that do not contribute.

It is necessary to build a mind with the right thoughts, but this requires intentional work that requires effort to observe each thought, and it is sometimes necessary to contest it and sometimes change those that are harmful.

I hope everyone is well!
