I've been thinking about Holozing Wilds quite a lot lately
After my previous article about its potential, I realized that what interests me most isn't whether Wilds will become a huge game. I keep wondering what kind of little world it could become, and whether it can create those small moments that make us want to return every day
Personally, I love the idea of opening Wilds in the morning, checking my creatures, collecting whatever they found and making a few decisions before starting my day
It sounds simple, but that's actually what I like about it
Not every game needs to demand hours of our attention. Sometimes it's nice to have something that quietly progresses in the background and gives us a reason to come back later
I would also love for Wilds to give its creatures more personality. I don't want them to feel like numbers on a screen. I want to have favorites
Maybe one creature isn't the strongest or rarest, but I keep it because I've had it since the beginning. Maybe another one gives me an unexpectedly great reward and suddenly becomes special
Those little stories are what make collecting fun
The PvP possibilities also make me curious. Having creatures that can serve different purposes could make us think more carefully about what we do with them. I like the idea of experimenting rather than simply following whatever strategy is considered the best
And, of course, I would love little surprises: temporary events, unusual encounters, special resources or creatures appearing when we least expect them
Wilds doesn't need to become enormous for me to enjoy it
I think it can simply be its own cozy corner of the Holozing universe
Holozing can be the big adventure, while Wilds becomes the little world I check with my coffee every morning
And honestly, that sounds pretty lovely to me.
