Fire brakes shells for the fruit to be eaten in Sa Pa - Vietnam.

As the streets are wandered I come across someone boiling chestnuts. A local delicacy done right on the street, literally.

He must stir and pay attention to what he is doing, which is the way here, so that they come out as they should. Tasty and ready to eat.

He has been at this for quite some time and has many bags taken away hot and ready to go to market to be bought.

This pile is what is left for the days work.
Unfortunately I was not able to find the stall n the market selling these beauties as it was some time afar.
