LEO and POB , I have taken 50% of my own dividends

I have to inform that I have made a change to the project and for LEO and POB , I have delegated a lot from @amr008 and till now I wasn't taking any dividends . From this week I have decided to take 50% of my own dividends whereas the remaining 50% will be distributed to other delegators to increase their APR.
