Now they have their own DeFi project .

BROFI

BROFI is hive's very own on-chain DEFI project where you can earn BRO for delegating either Hive, or your tribe tokens to @brofi.

This is a great initiative by BRO as we Hivers can't or won't curate in all tribes but we have tons of tokens sitting IDLE in our wallets .

How does it work ?

In simple words , you delegate certain tokens to @brofi and in return you get BRO everyday in return.

APR calculation -

Steps for calculating this -

1. Take the most recent payout .

2. Convert the delegated amount of the token to Hive equivalent

3. Convert the BRO paid out to Hive equivalent .

4. [(3) * 365 / (2)] * 100

Here are the APRs

• CCC APR = 53.50 %
• STEM APR = 96.97 %
• LEO APR = 25.91 %
• CTP APR = 48.87 %
• LOTUS APR = 78.60 %
• WEED APR = 24.13 %
• NEOXAG APR = 50.37 %
• HIVE APR = 44.31 %

Note

All the above calculations are made by taking the latest price of each token and latest price of BRO . So when you calculate it may change based on the latest price .

Will this APR continue ?

The following conditions determine it

It will continue if

1. There are no more delegations
2. The prices of both BRO and tokens remain the same
3. The payment of BRO remains around 15 totally .

It will change if

1. There are more delegations or undelegations .
2. The prices of BRO or tokens change .
3. The payment of BRO is less than 15 totally .
