3.Basically 1 token is worth 1 satoshi , so if you convert 200k tokens to BTC you get 0.002 BTC.
4. You get 10% extra if you convert 1 million tokens at once . For example, if you convert 1 million tokens to BTC you get 0.011 BTC :)
