It’s a bit frustrating when people try to force generic or rehashed content into a space that’s meant for introspection… that defeats the whole purpose.

Your perspective on philosophy and psychology certainly resonates with me. What’s the point of quoting Plato or Freud if we’re not applying any of that wisdom to our own daily struggles and behaviour? —I’ve already mentioned this to a columnist in Spanish communities…— But the part of your reflection that has struck me most is the definition of culture: ‘Culture isn’t what you believe; it’s in what you do’. I think that’s spot on, especially nowadays when so many people hide behind labels rather than demonstrating their values through their actions.
