𝑳𝒆𝒕 𝑩𝒆𝒂𝒖𝒕𝒊𝒇𝒖𝒍 𝑻𝒉𝒊𝒏𝒈𝒔 𝑺𝒕𝒂𝒚 𝑩𝒆𝒂𝒖𝒕𝒊𝒇𝒖𝒍

Anger lies in the blossom of fools..
I call it a madness that ruin so many things..
Especially what you've worked so hard for over the years..
Friendships..
Marriage..
Relationships..

A person who controls his temper is stronger than the one who flares up easily..
Too sad, many have ruined beautiful things with words of mouth..
In a bid to prove a point..

Is it really necessary to respond?
How about trying another approach..
Ever tried to stay calm at a heated argument?
How did you feel afterwards?

It brings peace knowing you didn't let the other person control your emotions..
It's a hard pill to swallow especially when they leave a thoughtless word..
But rage does more harm than good..
And fuels resentment..

Take a deep breath..
It's usually just for the moment..
If possible find a quiet spot to think things through..
Sleep over it and see if it makes you angry the next morning.

Mediate:
Was it all worth it when you wake up the next day?
Does it still hurt like the first moment?
These are tips to tame anger.

Get a journal;
Rather than speak when angry..
Channel it on your notepad or a book..
Write exactly how you feel and yell at it if you want to..
After you're done.. Tear it off and diopose.

Embrace imperfections:

Realizing we too have once made someone angry..
Will leave us to act with empathy..
Forbearance is important and love..
If the cut isn't deep.. Please let it go.

Inhale..
Exhale..
Engage in what you love..
Sing at the top of your voice..
See a movie.. Or just a yoga could calm your nerves.

Never ignore your feelings..
At a better time..
Express what got you upset..
Teach them how to fix it
And be approachable as well.

And let beautiful things stay beautiful because..
We all are imperfect.
