We rise by lifting others and there's no gain trying to oppress others or taking away their means of livelihood, we all can actually do better and be shining light in their lives.

Lately, I observed somethibg and decided to share with you all.

I recently tried to get something from a vendor of mine, only for her not to have the item I wanted but her neighbor did.

"Please call on the neighbor and tell her we need her service. " The woman just ignored and kept on facing her business and I felt bad for she was a very bad neighbor.

It took lot of time for us to get to the other woman but thankfully we finally did and I wonder what bad thing might have happened if the neighbor reached out to her?

I also noticed that even animals suffer these things as I observed the cocks and hen in my compound. The bigger ones oppresses the smaller one until they run for their dear life and then the bigger ones begin to feed on the left over food on the ground.

Why do people find it hard to live and let others live? Why won't people understand that we rise by lifting others up?

The Beatles- A Little Help From My Friend

This song came to mind and it hit differently. We all need good people around us to thrive and we should help anyone around us to grow and also thrive.

If it's in our power to help them rise, we shouldn't be bitter nor feel jealous. As we are live, the next person needs to live too. We can only make the world better when we do our part to be more affectionate and show love to people around us in words and deeds.

When we see something bad coming for our neighbors, we should not allow calamity before them before we offer to help them. When we see better opportunities for them, we shouldn't hoard it or keep it to ourselves or just look away because we are too scared to let them get to our level.

I promised never to patronize the first vendor again because that's wickedness and Greediness on her part. She wants to eat alone, and she doesn't want her neighbor to also benefit.

If her neighbor was wise enough, she would know that not all humans have nice intention towards us and it'm requires a genuine soul around us to help us grow just like them.

an on when it gets tough to carry on.
