🐾 My Actifit Report Card: January 13 2019 🐕

Well, given the frequency of his pace, I thought that @holydog could count at least twice my steps, but so it wasn’t... maybe I have to otherwise place the FitBit count steps?

Today we went out at 11 am and we walked for almost two hours in company of my running partner, blocked by periodic (but excruciating) back pain. Since I persist with the overweight, we are limiting ourselves to keeping fit the muscles walking... will it work?

Continuing along the river, we met a young sixty-year-old Colombian, resident in Italy since twenty years, who is training to walk the 100 km of the Passatore’s ultra-marathon, within the maximum limit allowed by the organizers of 20 hours... will he achieve it?

We’ll keep in touch, because he wants to involve me in the adventure, at least having company during his workouts along the river... I told him about @actifit & @partiko and I think he will be soon a happy active user of both!

😍 Even today I am very grateful for having lived this day with awareness! 🙏🏻
