It's crazy to know that there's just a thin line between life and death.
Often times when I'm in my alone moments, so many things go through my mind. And today, as i was meditating, Life and Death flashed through my head.
It's funny how we struggle and hustle in life, doing all our possible best to make it in life, only to die someday and leave all these things behind.
All the race for what exactly?
And it's appalling to sometimes see that some are mourning whilst others are rejoicing.
Yesterday a friend of mine delivered a baby, so i went there to say hello, we were all happy and rejoicing, until his neighbor that was also there with us got a call of shocking news of the death of his younger sister who had just met with a car accident.
How cruel can life get, a life was given and another life was taken.
When a child is born, everyone rejoices, and gradually, the child grows up from a toddler to becoming an adult, and along the line life starts happening to him, family begins to expect a lot from him, as much as he has a lot to do for himself to..
He becomes independent, gets a good job, a standard house, a luxurious car, and so much more.
However, someday, he meets with his death, and everything he worked so hard for becomes another man's..
What happens next?
Life and death happened to him!
May we all live a fulfilling and purposely life, and not meet with untimely death.
