I haven't heard of the Fundamental Human Needs matrix before. I like the distinction and nuances of human needs in relation to being, having, doing, interacting. It is forsure less linear and hierarchical than Maslow's pyramid. I wasn't never really a fan of the pyramid either, until I read the whole thing about his perspectives on self-transcendence which really struck me!
