Sinking ever so deep,
Next time I'll look
before i leap.
Stuck in a gaunt abyss,
A strife
that has robbed me of peace,
A plight
that has taken away my sleep,
I really should have looked
before taking a leap.
Falling through a void
that has no end,
Only crooked curves,
turns and bends,
It's a journey
that shouldn't be traveled alone,
The shadows are much more darker
on my own love
Love! What a thing to fall into,
But next time,
I will know what to do,
If i ever find myself
on a path ever so steep,
