When Jane relocated to her new apartment she made sure that old household equipment, clothes and their like which do not appear important to her is left behind. She dies not want to carry excess and unnecessary gadgets into her new apartment.
His son Harrell was handy to pick out what may not be necessary for their new house. He got to where they kept boxes and picked out all except one. To him that particular box appears to be old and not in need anymore since the mother had bought new ones.
As they were about to leave, the mother Jane sighted the box and came back to pick it up. Harrell protested that the box is too old and no longer useful to them. The mother simply smiled and told him in a soft voice
"Don't mind son, it is an asset, not a liability". Harrell was surprised as the mother cleaned the old box and came hauled it inside the on waiting truck and they zoomed off.
At their new apartment, Jane called his son Harrell to come closer. As he came Jane slowly started opening the old box. Harrell was just expectant with his mind running here and there wondering what could be in there.
When Jane finally opened the box, Harrell saw copies of notes neatly folded and kept inside the box.
"That's Grandma's parting gift to me", Jane said looking intently at his son.
"Those folded papers are words of wisdom. It guides me everyday", Jane concludes.
Harrell was still wondering what the folded papers actually contained. As he wanted to speak Jane read his mind and told him to wait.
Jane then continued, "son in this box you'll find great words of wisdom. It is not just an old box but a box with knowledge and words of wisdom tucked away in it.
