This little spider was lying in wait for me when I arrived at my bus first thing this morning. Luckily, I spotted him in the early sunshine before I walked straight through its Web.
It was forecast to be another hot day, so as soon as I got home from my first shift, I got changed and went out for my Thursday run. Again, I did my usual 9km route along to Saltford and back. I tried to go a little quicker than normal today and was successful, but boy, was it tough.
