At the wedding of Princess Rajwa to Crown Prince Hussein of Jordan, she wore an unusual tiara:
On the sides of the tiara are Arab calligraphy writing picked out in diamonds, making part of the design of the tiara (see picture above).
It reads “ رجوة من الله " which means "gift from god" or "wish from god".
It's a play on the new princess's name, Rajwa, which means gift/wish.
This makes the tiara very personal and I'm sure Princess Rajwa will be wearing it often in her new role as Crown Princess of Jordan. Here is what the tiara looks like from the front:
It looks very delicate, very unusual and very classy.
