Today I had almost the same activity level as yesterday - around 6.5K. Actually, after 10 days or so with Actifit, I'm starting to think it's my daily average that I can get with little or no effort. Going to work and back, moving around the office and a little tiny bit of running because of getting late :)
Use Actifit and be active, with or without sweating in the gym! :)
