straw mushroom is the favorite mushroom of the people in our village. now to get this mushroom is very difficult because there are no longer piles of hay in large quantities. because now people cut rice no longer use cayenne in our local language with the name sadeup, cutting like this is very time consuming and very expensive. must be prepared. therefore people prefer to cut rice using a car to cut rice, in addition to being practical and the cost is also affordable. Therefore, the straw is also scattered so it doesn't allow the growth of mushrooms. This mushroom is now rare even though this mushroom is very tasty, the meat is also very soft and also has its own distinctive aroma. We usually cook this mushroom by frying it.
