If all this could be possible then life wouldn't make more sense, life is the going to be nothing but a mere illusion.
The world is totally going to be different and meaningless, knowing someone could go back to change your past or distort your future.
Going to the future means meeting your friend in a different life living or should I say rehearsing the life in some years time simultaneously with his/her older self.
Maybe this means there is going to be a different me living the life I am going to live in each year and each seconds simultaneously with my actual life, "does that really sounds good".
This someway means we are just like a robot programmed to do things and not reason to do things. Have you forgotten that we all think and reason before we do things, therefore if we are already programmed to do things then why do we need to think or reason?, we are supposed to act on instant.
