I did a video a few weeks back on the drawbacks of business ownership and it generated some interest with some very nice conversations :) I'm glad it did and today I want to go on the flipside and talk about some of the benefits of business ownership. The biggest one for me is owning your own time and lack of politics (although the organization may have politics, you will be immune to it because well...you're the owner.)
