Today I played a little game with my camera's auto settings...
One that I like to call 'how close can I go?'
When using the macro setting on my camera, there are times when I'm stopped from taking the photo because the lens is sitting too close to the subject which prevents the camera from focusing and taking the shot.
Whenever this happens, I welcome the distraction and use the time to play a little 'how close can I go?'...
...then everyone and everything within sight becomes fair game for the next photo.
Although soon enough, it quickly turns into a game of 'dodging my own shadow' and 'waiting for the wind to stop' while scanning the area for 'interesting bugs to photograph'... !
Anyhoo, once I've finished uploading all the shots, it's always interesting and at the same time, frustrating to see how many photos 'turned out' - and how many didn't...
