I discovered an upgraded cargo truck in the bandit camp and loaded heavy cargo, but the vehicle ran out of power near a waterline. Leaving the extra cargo behind, I ran to Villa Libre on foot. After connecting the lab to the network, La Madre rewarded me with PCE fabrication abilities before I returned to park the partially recovered truck.

I located an upgraded cargo truck that featured significant improvements compared to the vehicles in the previous installment. I drove it directly to the location where my heavy cargo had been left and loaded the items onto the truck bed.

I drove back to the Ciudad Nudo del Norte with the intention of charging up the vehicle. However, I realized too late that a specific charging device was required for the process, which meant I had wasted valuable time and energy.

I corrected my course and began driving toward Villa Libre to deliver the specific cargo intended for the laboratory. As I made my way down the path, the sun began to set along the horizon, casting long shadows across the landscape.

The vehicle completely ran out of power and stopped working precisely as it reached the edge of a waterline with heavy currents. Because the battery was entirely drained, I was forced to abandon the truck along with the extra cargo items stored inside.

I carried only the essential cargo items and began running toward Villa Libre, which was situated a short distance away. During the trek, I observed the beautiful moon as it was slowly being obscured by thick, dark clouds in the night sky.

I arrived at the laboratory perimeter and noticed several tables, chairs, and lights set up outside. The arrangement clearly served as an outdoor area where the laboratory personnel could step out to enjoy the fresh air.

I accessed and activated the laboratory terminal to complete the cargo delivery successfully. Following the drop-off, I utilized the Q-pid device to connect the entire facility to the chiral network.

A pregnant woman named La Madre expressed her appreciation for the assistance and assigned me a new delivery task. She granted me the ability to fabricate PCE devices, prompting me to rush back toward the vehicle in hopes of building a generator.

I reached the vehicle and attempted to construct a generator, but discovered that the PCE 1.0 lacked the necessary blueprints for the structure. Fortunately, the water had receded due to the tide, and the truck had recovered a small amount of battery power while sitting idle.

I managed to start the engine and drove the truck toward the laboratory area, hoping to keep it safe. I successfully parked the vehicle right outside the shelter, where it would remain until a higher-level PCE could be obtained to build a proper generator.
