What is called the science of nature

physics

Nature is called physics, also called physics. It is a science that studies everything related to matter, motion and energy. It tries to explain natural phenomena, forces, and movement. It also shapes knowledge in laws that predict the course of natural processes with models gradually approaching reality. At the same time, natural science is concerned with measurement accuracy and the creation of new and more accurate methods, which is the basis for reaching a proper understanding of natural phenomena. It also provides its measurement methods for use in all other natural and vital sciences, such as chemistry, medicine, engineering and biology.

The impact of natural science on cultural progress

The evolution of natural science has led to a clear civilizational and civilizational development. All the devices we use in our daily lives are based on natural science, such as radar, radio, radio, television, color television, telephone, laptop, computer, , Magnetic resonance imaging, radiation therapy, glasses, telescope, space and Mars probes, microwave oven, electricity, transistor, and microphone. The science of nature deals with measurable cosmic characteristics such as power, energy, mass and charge.

Specializations of Natural

Science Natural science depends on the experimental method. It tries to understand the natural phenomena and the laws governing the universe through testable theories. The majority of natural science students specialize in two complementary fields:

  • Theoretical Physics: It is concerned with the formulation of theories based on mathematical models.

  • Experimental Physics: Tests are carried out on these theories and discover more natural phenomena. Although there have been a large number of important discoveries made by natural science in the last four centuries, there are many issues that remain unknown so far.

Branches of Natural Science

The science of nature has several branches, such as: atomic physics, nuclear physics, theory of relativity, optics, acoustics, electromagnetism, thermodynamics, mechanics, quantum mechanics, and astronomy despite its study of celestial bodies.

The relation between nature and mathematics

Some believe that the science of nature is one of the branches of mathematics, and this is a misconception; because the use of mathematical models in the science of nature is limited to facilitate the interpretation and expression of physical phenomena in the form of mathematical equation only, and the content of mathematical models and in all natural sciences has nothing to do with mathematics , Which means that the mathematical physical equation is the language of the science of nature or of physics, and that the science of nature is an independent science in itself.

The most important scientists of nature

  • Isaac Newton.

  • Nicola Nisla.

  • Albert Einstein.

  • Ibn al-Haytham.

  • Al-Biruni.
