I am writing my Proof of Brain post today with @pob-fund as my 50% beneficiary. This is the first of many POB-fund Friday's!
Ya, but what does it MEAN?
Well, bold text... I am glad you asked.
@pob-fund is a fund controlled by @proofofbrainio and will be using funds that go into that account to fund development on the POB tribe. It could mean a more badass front end, it could mean marketing to other people who have brains but haven't been incentivized to prove it yet. It could mean that when we have POB-fest in 2026, that @pob-fund can pay for the convention center rental so that we can all get together and prove that we have a brain in person. It could mean whatever we think we need to make POB greater.
So many choices from so many ideas, from so many proven brains
@madstacks announced today that staked POB will be used for governance in the future. Each staked POB is a vote and in the future, we will have things to vote on... for example, should @pob-fund fund the rental of a convention center for POB_fest 2026. Or, should we spend it to develop a 3D VR POB front end? I am just spitballin' ideas, but the point is, we will get to have a say on what to build and what direction to take the platform. So get those POB tokens and stake them... then, take over the world (or, at least a corner of the internet).

"POB-fund Friday" is a thing. It is easy to do. All you need to do is:
write a post on Proofofbrain.io, but don't click POST yet.
above the button that says "POST" you will see "Post Options"
Click into Post options
You will see your name beside 100%
Under your name there will be an option to add another account
Select the amount you want, on POB-fund Fridays, Go BIG (i went 50%)
You can do this on all of your posts if you want, but POB-fund Fridays... it is encouraged. Afterall, the event has a name!
