I saw this one on 19th Feb.
After praying the fajr prayer I went straight to bed. I saw no dream prior to it. It started off with me in a private sedan car. It seemed like it was an official meeting as I wore a formal clothes and had a suitcase. I had a driver. It was a very long bridge similar to the current Padma bridge that is currently under construction except it had no curvature just a straight lane or the Brooklyn bridge.
There were two separate lanes. Both lanes had two way roads without any divider. That means a careless overtaking can result in a horrific accident. It was night time and not so many cars could be seen in both lanes. I did not restrict my driver from overtaking other cars.
After travelling for sometime I did notice one thing. The amount of private cars very less compared to lorries, smaller carrier trucks and micro buses. I had a bad feeling about it as I then pondered that if I were to be in an accident it had to be due to a huge truck.
A few cars passed by on the right side of the right lane and on my lane’s right side. I was going 70-85 kmph. My driver overtook 2 small tour bus. We then came behind a carrier truck carrying furnitures and other stuff covered by a protective sheet.
We were tailing it for around 5 minutes and only 1 private car passed by. My driver became impatient, ready to overtake it. Just then I wanted to say to him not to do it. Too late, we entered the wrong lane and a lorry came charging right at us.
It was a miracle that we did not fly off the bridge and onto the river. A huge crash and my car rose up vertically tilted on the left side facing the right from the truck. I personally expected to receive a harder blow as we both were over speeding. Streams of blood sprawled from the sides of my forehead. I somehow managed to get out of the car. No sign of the driver. Truck was nowhere to be seen. The lorry was still in it’s place, no one came down to check on us. My head was spinning and my insides was twisted, I could feel it. I slowly walked to the side of the road and towards my destination.
After walking for a few meters I gave up. Waited for a car to pass by. An hour had passed and then finally a small tour bus passed me. I waved for it and they picked me, nobody asked me anything. We reached the end of the bridge and some miles later we stopped at a shack. It looked old but the paint on the wall was new. We checked the rooms, I did not like it that much. We unanimously agreed we were not staying there. I went towards the car and fell to the ground.
This was when I woke to the call of my father.
