El mundo ha cambiado tanto desde que el uso tecnológico se volvió día a día en nuestras vidas. Mi paso el día de hoy por acá es para comentarles lo maravilloso que fueron 3 días de retiro del mundo de la tecnología, si, estuvimos de paseo en familia alejados un poco de los celulares y todo por el estilo, donde solo se podía conversar, reír y ¡WOW que bien fue todo eso!
The world has changed so much since the use of technology became a daily part of our lives. I am here today to tell you how wonderful were 3 days of retreat from the world of technology, yes, we were on a family trip away from cell phones and everything like that, where you could only talk, laugh and WOW how good it was all that!
El dia Lunes, partimos a visitar al abuelo de mi esposo, ubicado en un pueblo por así decirlo de Barinas. Bien temprano nos reunimos en la parada para coger el autobús que nos llevaría a nuestro destino, un grupo integrado por mi suegra, un tío de mi esposo, una prima con sus hijos y una amiga con su bebé incluyendo allí a mi esposo, hija y mi persona.
On Monday, we left to visit my husband's grandfather, located in a town so to speak in Barinas. Very early we met at the bus stop to take the bus that would take us to our destination, a group composed of my mother-in-law, an uncle of my husband, a cousin with her children and a friend with her baby including my husband, daughter and myself.
Fue un poco larga la espera para que partiera dicho autobús, así que nos dio más tiempo de organizar bien que llevaríamos y que haríamos. Decidimos hacer las respectivas compras, para hacer un picadillo llanero, llevamos panes, dulces para los niños, refrescos entre otras cositas. Llegó la hora de partir gracias a Dios y ya había un calor terrible, pero bien dice que todo lo bueno se hace esperar.

We decided to make the respective purchases, to make a picadillo llanero, we took bread, candy for the children, soft drinks and other things. Una vez llegamos al Real, así se llama dicho pueblo, el abuelo de mi esposo vive en una especie de granja, pero apenas llegamos era un ambiente tan hermoso que nos daba una hermosa vista, la brida cálida nos daba la bienvenida, donde estábamos alejados de los celulares (no teníamos cobertura) donde los niños podían correr, brincar y saltar libremente.
Once we arrived at Real, that's the name of the town, my husband's grandfather lives in a kind of farm, but as soon as we arrived it was such a beautiful environment that gave us a beautiful view, the warm flange welcomed us, where we were away from cell phones (we had no coverage) where the children could run, jump and jump freely.
Era ya casi hora del almuerzo y comenzamos los preparativos para e picadillo, unas picabamos carne, otras aliños, otra las verduras y así mientras conversábamos.
It was almost time for lunch and we began the preparations for the picadillo, some of us chopped meat, others seasonings, others vegetables and so on while we talked.
El día transcurrió tan rápido que cuando nos dimos cuenta, estaba anocheciendo y era hora de preparar la cena, se llegó la hora más esperada por mi esposo, la hora de hacer una parrilla para la cena.
Una vez que comimos, estábamos todos reunidos, escuchando los cuentos del señor, sus anécdotas de cuando todos sus hijos y nietos estaban pequeños todos riendo, los pequeños se fueron durmiendo uno a uno. Se sentía bien estar en ese ambiente.
The day went by so fast that by the time we realized it was getting dark and it was time to prepare dinner, the most awaited time for my husband arrived, the time to grill for dinner.
Once we ate, we were all gathered, listening to the stories of the gentleman, his anecdotes of when all his children and grandchildren were small all laughing, the little ones were falling asleep one by one. It felt good to be in that environment.
Muchas veces necesitamos este tipo de retiro para encontrarnos con nosotros mismos, un acercamiento más con los seres queridos, dejando de lado los celulares, disfrutando la vida
Many times we need this kind of retreat to find ourselves, to get closer to our loved ones, leaving our cell phones aside, enjoying life
