Hola amigos, un placer saludarles una vez más.

Despues de una mañana intensa de trabajo, mi esposo y yo nos fuimos a pescar en la laguna que esta cerca del lugar. En esta podemos encontrar al menos dos tipos de tilápias, primera vez que pezco y primera vez que como este tipo de pescado, si soy sincera me parecio un pescado delicioso, y lo recomiendo 100%.

Alimento

Para poder pescar necesitamos un alimento para colocar en la caña de pezca, sin embagrgo es un alimento diferente al que utilizamos normalmente para darles en las mañanas. son como unas pequeñas galletitas con un agujero en el medio para poder colocar el anzuelo.

After an intense morning of work, my husband and I went fishing in the lagoon that is near the place. In this lagoon we can find at least two types of tilapia, first time I fish and first time I eat this type of fish, if I am honest I found it a delicious fish, and I recommend it 100%.

El primero que intentó fue mi esposo, el ya habia pescado antes, asi que me para el fue un poco más facil. Sin embargo no me dii muchas tecnicas para yo hacerlo como el, asi que tuve que aprender mientas lo hacia, fue muy gracioso, la verdad es que no tiene mucha ciencia, sobretodo si hay muchos peses, estos se pueden pezcar muy rápido.

However, he didn't give me many techniques to do it like him, so I had to learn while he was doing it, it was very funny, the truth is that it doesn't have much science, especially if there are many fish, they can be caught very fast.

Aquí estoy yo muy contenta con mi primer pezcado, no tuve que esperar mucho, simplemente extendi la caña lo más que pude y esperé unos segundos, luego tuve que actuar rápido para que no se soltara y lo traje a tierre, le di un golpecito en la cabeza para que no se moviera y posteriormente para que el pez no sufra tanto le cortamos la cabeza, nos pudimos dar cuenta que los peces no mueren tan sencillo y rápido.

Here I am very happy with my first fish, I did not have to wait long, I simply extended the rod as much as I could and waited a few seconds, then I had to act fast so that it would not get loose and I brought it to land, I gave it a tap on the head so that it would not move and later so that the fish would not suffer so much we cut its head off, we could see that fish do not die so easily and quickly.

Mi esposo preparó los pescados, les retiró la cabeza y las víceras, tamvién las escamas, la cola y las aletas. Quedaron listos para agregar sal y hechar a freir.

To cook

My husband prepared the fish, removed the head and guts, scales, tail and fins. They were ready to add salt and fry.

la carne de este pescado me recordó cuando prove un poquito de cangrejo hace muchos años cuando era niña, pero no por su sabor, sino, por el color, es muy blanco. Además, no tiene demasiadas espinas, por otro lado, de lo que si nos pudimos dar cuenta, es que tiene partes muy bladas, asi que hay dejar que se cocine muy bien en algunas partes para no sentir esa sensación blanda al comer.

Acompañamos nuestro pescado con arroz y ensalada, además de un buen jugo de naranja. Qué mejor que comer pezcado fresco, recien salido del rio, digo, de la laguna. 😁

The meat of this fish reminded me of when I used to eat a little bit of crab many years ago when I was a child, but not because of its taste, but because of its color, it is very white. Besides, it does not have too many bones, on the other hand, what we could notice, is that it has very soft parts, so you have to let it cook very well in some parts so as not to feel that soft sensation when eating.

We accompanied our fish with rice and salad, plus a good orange juice. What better than eating fresh fish, fresh out of the river, I mean, out of the lagoon. 😁
