The incessant downpour for almost a week keeps most of the waterlogged, plus the collapse of the river embankment increasingly adding water in low places. the amount of water in a place called flood.
this is the atmosphere at Madrasah school in Matangkuli sub-district. water about the entire school and classroom. so the teaching and learning process stops completely.
