Good morning fellow hive and SWC, This time I bring you something different, what would be a bad day in my training, specifically front lever. I call this a bad day, because it's one of those moments when you feel tired or sick, or you don't feel like anything, you have no strength and you get tired quickly, but you still do your best to train. We all have these days where we do not get a trick or a heavy lift and we get even more discouraged, but this does not mean that we do not go ahead with the training because training at times like this is where you will see progress and improvement by the constancy of continuing to strive even if you're not in your best days you do your best to give your best. Although I don't usually show this, because people always think that you are at 100% which is not true, and you don't usually show these parts where you don't do anything, and that's why I wanted to show you what it would be a day in my training where I am without energy at all, even so, I want to motivate you to keep giving your best even if you don't feel well 💪🏼.

That said, I have decided to upload my second participation in the weekly contest with a Spanish rock song of the last century titled "Algo eléctrico"" of the Venezuelan group ADITUS, this song is in its original tone ( A ) so I performed it with a low voice for not ( C ) reaching the original version, I hope you like it.

Never give up if something frustrates you or something does not go as you expected, the best part of all is when at the end you know that you did it with all your effort and dedication, knowing that you gave it all of you at all times, is one of the parts why I love dancing, I was not born with learned choreography, in this world everything is practice and error, but little by little we learn to achieve it and in the end always worth it.

On this day I did some physical activity exercises with some friends who train with me in the park and also my younger brother. I have a friend who is a soccer coach and currently has an academy and the truth he knows a lot about good physical activity exercises, and this is the second time I do this workout with him.🔥❤🍃

Today, I will be presenting a folk/soft rock song titled, Let here go by PASSENGER. this song was inspired by the event of yesterday which is known as the feast of st. Valentine. It is populary known as a day for lovers to renew and reassert their love for each other. It is good to know that this song was released by the singer about ten years ago with about 3.3 billion views in youtube, Qué Bueno!!

Today I want to welcome you all to Afritunes week 49 and today I will be doing a cover of the song Wait for me by Johnny Drile who is a Nigerian musician. This song was his first hit song and it came out a couple of years ago. The song talks about a young man leaving home (probably for military or for greener pasture) and he's singing for his girlfriend whom he'll be leaving behind to please wait for him and not leave him for another man or other reasons. The song is a very beautiful song due to its lyrics and melodies which are simply amazing. It's a beautiful love song and since this is a week of love, I decided to sing it and also I like the song a lot.

In this case, I enter the Contest With the Instrument Category: Transversal Flute and With A Theme That everyone, most of the people who have illusions with Him love, but they are still fighting 😅 they have heard it in their lives xD and well in this case It is a beautiful song of love and depressive eh sad xD and it is Saturn by Pablo Alborán
