It's a pleasure to be here again, to show you a little bit of my talent. I'm still adapting to the format of the festival, but happy to give my best effort in each presentation. I would love to be able to give you a better audio and video format, but for now, I will be working gradually to invest in better equipment to enhance the experience in my videos.

Frankly from my personal opinion and without belittling those who do believe, since the opinions of each one of them is interesting and important for this initiative, but I sincerely do not believe that these extraterrestrial beings exist or at least as indicated by some conspiracy theories, which even affirm their existence.

Hello Hive friends! Lately I have been looking for songs on the recorder and it turns out that they are from the German repertoire hehehe, so this song is traditional German, I took it from the blog of Mr. José Martín as you already know that this blog has become one of my favorites to study the recorder, the The literal translation of the title is "ANNHEN DE THARAU" although I am not very clear about it, but the only thing I know is that it is from the traditional repertoire and that it has a good sound with the soprano flute. It is in a comfortable tone and I think it is the right one to teach children to learn the instrument. I hope you like my interpretation...

One of the weekly events in the #PukuMundo community is #singingvoice which has entered its 51st week. That means the Pukumundo Community is getting bigger and cooler. So, Today, we are back at Singing Voice for this week. The song we played today is called "Unsubject to Rulers" which was written by our vocalist Opan Gobank on the same day. Actually, this song is to be included in our project band list called BOOT. Because we play this song with the Hardcore Punk genre. Meanwhile, Indonesia Bersatu plays the Punk Rock genre.

Greetings to all the participants and judges of this festival, as always it is a pleasure to share music with each of you, we have reached the last round of this cycle, it seems to me that these weeks have flown by, sometimes I feel that the day does not give me much and I'm running to be something or other.

To make this cover was very funny to tell you the truth, as I have told you before, when it comes to recording everything happens, no matter what time of the day I choose, there is always a setback and to tell you the truth I am already mentally prepared for that, so I am taking it easy.

In this routine I have put from traction exercises, to strength, with garter, isometric holds, abdomen and tricpes, as I said before, you have to train all this to progress in your front lever and improve your strength, posture and get this element that is difficult to achieve at the beginning. It should be noted that the most important thing is not only to train it, but also to make attempts every day to adapt our body to the load that implies the front lever and get used to the element. It is not a question of training it, but to do daily lunges for what I said before. It should be noted that this routine can be performed 2 times or maximum 3 times per week and the rest between exercises from 2 to 4 minutes 💪🏼.

Hello Afri-tunes family, I trust we all are doing okay... It's week 47 of our weekly contest and for this week I'd be performing a song by Nigerian Gospel singer, Pastor Nathaniel Bassey called "You are God", He features Chigozie Achugo on this one. I was supposed to do this song last week as this was one of the selected songs for week 46 (Gospel category) but I was a bit under the weather, lost my voice and couldn't participate....But here I am today singing this song to the Glory of God.
