A lot has occurred in the past few days in my country Nigeria and I just want to share my thoughts in regards to other alternatives away from the centralized system. Watch for more details

Today I am extremely happy because I finally bring you a recipe in video format. For some time I had considered the idea of taking my recipes to this format, because I consider that in many occasions it is easier to capture a food recipe in a video than through photographs of the step by step. So, after a while I was encouraged to share my first video of a recipe and what makes this first video more special is that the recipe I share with you today is AMAZING.

In today's video I'm accompanied by my sweetheart @dimeshana, unfortunately I didn't subtitle it because right now I have a lot of work piled up and subtitling these videos takes a lot of time and effort, so I apologize to my non-Spanish speaking viewers.

Since I set out to create choreographies for videos of this type I think about absolutely everything, the clothes, the colors, the location, I like everything to be in harmony, everything to match and in this video I think you can see that hahaha. I had never been to that place before, I had only seen it in photos and it seemed very nice and suitable for a video so I did not hesitate to choose it for this and for the next ones haha, because it is huge and with many beautiful spots for it.

360° fall, known elsewhere as "baby fall" or "harness fall" is one of the main falls or escapes we teach in our group. Personally, I had a hard time trusting myself when I did it because the trick of keeping your arms open when doing the "360°" turn is essential to avoid falling out of the knot. In a previous post I talked about how aerial canvases helped me to channel emotions such as self-doubt, fear of making decisions and fear of daring.

In this experimental short film I try to capture the contrasts between the human being and his habitat, and the way we have polluted our own environment, but at the same time it reflects the nature that still lives in our ecosystem, that in spite of everything we can achieve a better balance. The making and editing of this video was done by me, with a Nikon P520 camera, in different locations in the state of Carabobo, Venezuela; such as Puerto Cabello, La Cumaca, San Diego and Patanemo.

I hope you are having a great week, today I want to share with you a video that I made with my daughter Isabella, a Chocolate Cake recipe!!! Isabella and I have been blogging a lot lately, recording us while we cook, or play, I was very happy to share this nice moment with her, she is my best workmate, we are a team of content creators for Hive, and that has united us even more.

At the start of this year, I told myself I would produce my first documentary. Fast forward 6 months and I've started to produce my first mini doc. The shooting is going to span over the next week, over 6 different locations. Through this whole process, I've come to learn 3 lessons I want to share with you all.

Sharing our trip to Cebu Safari & Adventure Park ([//]:# (!pinmapple 10.595455 lat 123.962345 long d3scr)). The property is over 170 hectares in the North of Cebu which is owned and operated by M. Lhuiller Group of Companies. This is the largest zoo in the Philippines so my family and I definitely had to see it. It is also an adventure park because they also offer Safari Camp where you can stay overnight and swim in the pools which had a beautiful view of the moutains (would really want to try this but it is quite expensive.), they also have adventure rides such as sky bike, zip line, and giant swing (but I haven't tried any of those because it'd require additional payment and I'm not sure if it's open already so better ask them before you book your ticket so you can include that on your trip there.), they also have bird shows and white lion safari (you'd get a close encounter with the white lions since they put you in a truck which had steel and glass protection.)
