For the theme of the week, we have 'emotions' which was selected by our spotlight artist spotlight artist @/sunsethunter. Emotion is the feeling we have in reaction to events or happen. It could be a feeling of love, sadness, anger, betrayal etc. I'll be singing 'You are the treasure that I seek' by Elisa Kate. The song carries an emotion of love, heartbreak and betrayal.

As some of you may know, I was recently in Lecheria and recorded so much beach content that I ended up making a four-part mini-series so I could share all the material. This one here is the first one. It was the first morning I spent at the beach and it provoked me to go for a walk on the beach at dawn. I shot a lot of shots of just the waves crashing on the shore, so you could say it's more of a beach ASMR attempt than a blog.

Hello friends of Hive I hope you are well today I bring you a review of the first chapters of the Anime Demon Slayer. Personally I really like it from beginning to end. I watched the first season on Netflix, the movie and the second season I saw it in an app that a friend recommended me the truth in the two parts I saw them very well with good quality and good sound. Anxious for the third season to come out.

Before the Pandemic I was beginning to make several advances with these exercises that really require a lot of physical condition and above all body control, which makes it super interesting for me because due to my hip injury, being able to learn to control my body with My own weight is fantastic to keep it under control and prevent it from progressing, then the covid came and I spent almost a year and a half without doing Calisthenics or any type of exercise, which delayed my progress a lot.

Today I was walking in the whales park jogging a bit and to finish I remembered an abdominal routine that when I did it left me quite exhausting😵, these exercises that I did work quite hard the lower part and a little bit of lateral, I will be leaving brief explanation later with each exercise. "Redemption Song" is a song composed by Bob Marley. It was the last song performance on the Uprising album with the Wailers in 1980... And he performed the song while the band members simply resonated with his performance. Such beautiful performance.

Well ,today in the UK we have a heat wave , if I had attended the open mic I would have had to walk 45 minutes to the hotel and by the time I got there I would have been soaked in sweat...

I also couldnt find anyone who wanted to brave the heat and come with me to the gig so I had to postpone playing my first ever live open mic set.

It so happens that I just made the engine to my bike and also the complete box, I put almost all the new things.
